Brian brought together the best in the business to create his dream. Though he takes pride in all aspects of roofing, working and living  the 3P principles has led to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to storm damaged homes. 

Dave Gillespie has served the operations and finance needs of Fort Worth area private businesses as CFO or Controller since 1978.   Saving the construction process time and efficiently keeping projects ahead of schedule is his goal!  

Brian Manjarrez is Brian's right hand man. He's  all about structure and organization. Through general oversight, his focus is to bring your job to completion on time and within budget and to stay in constant communication with crew leads and Homewoners.
